52°North JavaScript SOS Client 1.0 – official release
We are proud to release the first version of the JavaScript SOS client! This lightweight browser client enables users to display time series and metadata of one or more Sensor Observation Services.
A responsive design supports a broad range of devices from mobile devices to desktop screens. Based on HTML and JavaScript, the client uses the following main libraries and frameworks:
- JQuery (extended JavaScript functionalities),
- Bootstrap (design),
- Leaflet (to select station by a map),
- Flot (to display the time series).
52°North @ Firmenlauf 2015
Temperatures dropped, the sun disappeared and it started to rain – just in time for this year’s Firmenlauf ! Nevertheless, 52°North showed up with 2 teams for the 5k race. Due to illness and injuries, we had to import help. Thanks to all who helped out! more >
52°North SOS 4.2 available
A year after the release of 4.0, the Sensor Web community is pleased to announce the
52°North SOS 4.2 Release!
A downloadable zip archive of the release contains the sources, as well as the binaries. Release requirements, installation and configuration information are documented in the 52°North wiki.
Due to some adjustments in the database model, we recommend reading the database update information in the 52°North wiki.
